Wrapping up a group project capstone exercise over the last months required working late 4 to 7 nights a week.  I had imagined I would be able to get back to such things as regular exercise, blogging (is that even still a word?), finishing off a few work projects, visiting family, woodworking, and the like.  That was not how it worked out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the past several months I have, instead, struggled with motivation.  It feels like lounging around doing nothing and getting flabby for an extended period after completing a marathon.
